SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are packaged daily and shipped out every afternoon, except on Sundays. Any order placed after 2 PM EST will ship the following day. Orders placed after 2 PM on Saturday will be shipped out on Monday.
RETURN POLICY
As a small business, we pride ourselves on offering a curated selection of unique, high-quality pieces. Rather than stocking large quantities of the same item, we prioritize bringing fresh new styles into the shop regularly. Our product turnover is typically every 14 days.
Because of this quick turnaround, items are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond that timeframe. All sale items are final sale.
To be accepted, returned items must be in perfect condition and free of makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette odor, or any signs of wear.
Returns can be made by mail. Store credit is issued once the item is received and approved. It does not expire and can be used both in-store and online.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that sometimes a different size or style is needed. We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase, subject to item availability. If the item you'd like to exchange is no longer in stock, we’ll issue store credit that can be used in-store or online at any time.
All items must be in perfect condition to be eligible for exchange. This means no signs of wear, including makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette odor, or any other damage.
Exchanges can be made by mail. For mail-in exchanges, we recommend contacting us first to ensure the item you want is available. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
