Shipping policy

Everything is packed by hand in New Jersey, usually by Gabbie.

Rates

Processing time

Orders placed before  12pm est ship the same business day. Everything else goes out within 1–2 business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, Economy typically arrives in 5 to 8 business days and Standard in 3 to 5. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and they stretch during holidays.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and want something, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within a day of placing your order, check your spam folder before emailing us.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package is with the carrier it's out of our hands, but we won't leave you with it. If tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, email sageandarrowboutique@gmail.com and we'll open a claim and sort it out.

If tracking shows delivered and the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your building first, then email us within 7 days.

Local pickup

If you're near Chester, email us before ordering and we can arrange pickup at the pop-up instead of shipping.
